Biography

Tamara Latchem is the lead teacher of the Primary 3 classroom and has been teaching in the Primary classrooms at St. James since 2022 . Tamara has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Child and Family Studies from the University of Texas Permian Basin. She is American Montessori Society certified for Early Childhood and has over 15 years of experience teaching in a Montessori environment.

Outside the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Tamara also enjoys gardening, Pilates, hikes in nature and cooking.
