Invest in Their Future Today
The annual fund drive is the cornerstone of fundraising efforts and helps to expand academic programs, cover operating costs, and ensure the long-term viability of the school.
Your contribution this year allows us the financial flexibility to provide the extra activities that supplement our already excellent core curriculum. Listed below are several of the initiatives that the Annual Fund assists in funding:
- Providing specials such as: Technology, Art, Spanish, Physical Education and Gardening
- Maintaining a small student to teacher ratio
- Funding additional classroom supplies
- Continuing education for staff members
Our goal for 2011 - 2012 campaign is $20,000 with 100% participation.
To reach this year’s goal, we suggest a donation of $200 per family. For a donation of $1,000 or more, your family name will be added to our “donor tree” at the entrance of the Children’s Garden. Contributions are 100% tax deductible and can be made by check, credit card or online at www.stjamesepiscopal.info.
The pledge drive this year runs until February 15th. However, you have until May 31, 2012 to pay your pledge. Please fill out the attached contribution form.
The Annual Fund gives parents, grandparents, parishioners, and staff the opportunity to show their support and appreciation for the educational excellence and nurturing environment that St. James provides our children. Each gift to the Annual Fund is essential, so please make a donation that is comfortable for your family.
